Oh help! It is only an hallucination, Mary-Lou - don't give in to it!!

Thanks Abi.

Have just caught up, Abi, and am wondering who's the worst, the triplets or Mary-Lou and Verity. Or is it Jo? Hmmm.....

My blood runs cold even as I read it - and yet I know Macbeth more than adequately. I am seriously wondering what on earth put it into your head in the first place. *grins*

Hm,not looking forward to the battle!

I liked the scene where Josette tried to find out Vi's real views.

Thanks, Abi.

Maybe Frau Berlin left Madge all her worldy goods in gratitude and Madge then bestowed them on Jem! Well, you did link the two things, Abbeybufo... *grins*

Loved those hints of what Felix's future might have contained.

I'd forgotten about this, Nightwing. It's still lovely - and would be even lovelier of you added to it! I know, greedy!! *grins*

I may have a little plot bunny to that effect... but no promises! :D

Used to be one of my worst nightmares when teaching juniors. They went from using none to putting them in all over the place!! *sighs*

I had a good giggle at the way they all got woken up like a set of dominoes falling, one after the other. Hopefully there won't be too much trouble between Gwensi and Maria, but both are rather tempestuous so.... !!

You know, I'd forgotten the beginning of the story, where Rachel gets to live her dream and then struggles with the *overwhelmingness* of it all. But she does know herself and what will help her, and Miss Darleigh seems very au fait with the problems of Aspergers and how to calm her. Thanks for allowing me to meet Rachel and Joanne and the others again, Squirrel.

How good they are all being to her, even though Rachel herself seems not to trust some of the arrangements. But why the white face when bed is mentioned....? I've forgotten! Grr! Looking forward to the next part, Squirrel. Thank you.

Oh, ho, secrets all round! Poor Rachel, bombarded with sensory overload, and poor Hilda, bombarded by all sorts of new feelings in a situation she has never met before. I'd totally forgotten all this early story, but what came across here was that note of authority in Rschels' voice when she finally sorts herself out a little and is able to talk. No wonder Hilda saw it as rudeness! Rachel has much to teach all of them - as indeed has Tamara! Thanks, Squirrel.

Having taught Aspergers' children, I could recognise that need to have every move detailed so Rachel would know exactly when she would be doing what. One can imagine the sensory overload all this must be for her, but thank goodness Tamara seems to know what is necessary so she can function. Thank you, Squirrel.

Good for your plain-speaking, Tamara. Every dot and comma needs to be spelled out when there is such a diagnosis, so that problems can be headed off before they occur. I'm sure Hilda will take it all to heart and make sure her staff know what's what. Thank you, Squirrel.

You're doing okay, Tamara, don;t worry. So long as she trusts you, that's enough for now. And I think most of us get stressed when we think we're in trouble. I know I do! Oh, and please may I have one of those alarm clocks, Squirrel? What a lovely way to wake up and go to sleep....

Reviewer: MaryR Signed
Date: 03 Aug 2011 Title: Chapter 8: Chapter 8

Ooops! Tamara needs to sit down with the two Heads and explain in words of one syllable just what Rachel's needs are and in what ways she will react to strnage situations. Otherwise how are they to understand and empathise? As they would, if they knew all. Loved Joey's seraphic smile as she slyly slinks away and leaves them to it! Thanks, Squirrel.

Go easy on Hilda, Nell, there might be more here than you know! The fact that poor Rachel can relax with something tangible to hold and sort out might give them all some hints as to their subsequent treatment of her. Here's hoping anyway. Thanks, Squirrel.

Poor Hilda, caught up in the mores of long ago, when no one knew how to handle such children - or adults. And yet she loved him so! And now doesn't know what to make of anything that reminds her of the past and what she was taught. How quickly we adapt in our thinking! Hopefully, Nell will have got through - and they can now help Tamara as well, as Rachel. Nell was quick on the uptake there. Thanks, Squirrel.
